Custom Eyewear Boxes

Give prescription glasses, sunglasses and contact lens kits a box that makes the range feel considered, keeps the brand recognizable and turns opening into a clear product introduction.

At retail, during a handoff, in gifting or after delivery, the box is one of the first brand surfaces a customer sees and handles. Coordinated structure, material, print, finish and interior arrangement can make the product name, collection cues and intended quality easier to read. The result is packaging designed to support recognition, give each eyewear line a deliberate place in the range and carry the same identity through the moments that matter. We build custom eyewear boxes around the impression and customer journey you want to create—not around a one-size-fits-all template. Whether the need is a focused retail carton, a gift-ready rigid box, a coordinated kit or a branded mailer, professional material, design and production support helps turn the brief into a box that feels intentional. That promise is backed by practical production choices: paperboard, kraft, rigid greyboard and supported corrugated routes; printing across relevant exterior and interior panels; purpose-led finishes; and foam or board inserts shaped around the approved configuration. Artwork checking, dieline support, resizing help and a digital proof for every approved order give you a clearer path from concept to production before printing begins.

EYEWEAR FORMAT OPTIONS

Choose the Box Route That Fits the Eyewear

Prescription glasses, sunglasses and contact lens kits do not all need the same package structure. The right route depends on what is being packed, whether an insert is needed, how the product will be presented and what the customer should encounter when the box opens. A tuck carton may suit a focused retail handoff, while a sleeve, two-piece or rigid format can create a more staged reveal. Window, display and mailer structures serve different visibility and channel needs. Use these routes as starting points, then refine the proportions, material, print coverage and interior arrangement around the approved product configuration.

COLLECTION IDENTITY IN PRINT

Make Every Eyewear Line Easier to Recognize

Customers may meet an eyewear product on a counter, during a professional handoff, through gifting, in product photography or after delivery. Printing gives those moments a shared visual language. Use full-color artwork, CMYK or PMS color control, white ink on kraft, metallic ink and relevant inside printing to distinguish prescription-glasses, sunglasses and contact-lens-kit ranges while keeping the parent brand visible. Front, back, top, bottom, exterior and interior surfaces can each carry a useful part of the story. The goal is not to fill every panel; it is to make the product type, collection character and brand relationship clear wherever the box is seen.

  • Give each eyewear line its own visual character
  • Keep the parent brand easy to recognize
  • Distinguish prescription, sun and kit ranges
  • Carry artwork across relevant outer panels
  • Continue collection cues inside the box
  • Stay visually connected across selected channels

SURFACE CUES WITH PURPOSE

Guide What Customers Notice and Feel First

Finishes should help an eyewear box communicate a clear standard, not compete for attention. A matte or soft-touch surface can create a calmer, more considered base; gloss can support brighter artwork and stronger surface clarity. Foil, embossing, debossing, spot UV and raised effects can then give selected names, marks or collection cues greater weight. The right combination depends on what the customer should notice first and how the pack should feel in the hand. Use contrast selectively so every treatment supports the intended brand impression and opening experience.

  • Emboss Deboss
    Set the Overall Surface Tone

Choose matte or soft-touch lamination when the eyewear range needs a restrained, tactile character. Choose gloss when vivid artwork or a brighter surface better matches the collection. The overall treatment creates the backdrop against which every printed and raised detail is judged.

  • Sport UV
    Give the Brand Mark Priority

Gold, silver or colored foil, embossing, debossing, spot UV and raised effects can direct attention to a selected logo, product name or collection cue. Their role is to create hierarchy and tactile focus, not to cover every available panel with decoration.

  • Lamination
    Differentiate Gift and Special Ranges

A gift set, launch collection or selected edition can use foil shade, raised detail or controlled surface contrast to feel distinct from the core range. Keeping the parent colors, typography or mark consistent preserves the connection while giving the special package its own occasion value.

CARRY THE EYEWEAR STORY IN

Turn Opening Into a Clear Product Introduction

An eyewear box can establish a strong expectation on the outside and lose that clarity when the interior feels unrelated or disordered. For prescription glasses, sunglasses, contact lens kits, gifting and delivered formats, the inside should help the customer understand what has been received and how the pieces belong together. Printed internal surfaces can continue the collection identity, while foam or board inserts can give the approved product configuration a deliberate place. The result is a more coherent reveal from the first opened view through product lift-out or selection.

  • inserts
    Continue Keep the Identity Present

Carry relevant colors, artwork or short messaging onto the inside surfaces so the visual language established outside remains present when the box opens. This is especially useful when a sleeve, two-piece, rigid or mailer structure creates a distinct interior view.

  • hand tabs
Guide Give Every Item a Clear Place

Use die-cut foam, paperboard, kraft, cardboard or corrugated inserts to arrange a single eyewear product or coordinated kit around the approved shape and configuration. Consider spacing, product orientation and removal clearance so the layout is easy to understand.

  • tuck top
    Reward Shape the First View

Plan what appears first as the lid lifts, the sleeve moves or the mailer opens. A considered reveal can give the product name, the eyewear itself or the coordinated arrangement the right priority without relying on unnecessary theatrical detail.

Plan Eyewear Packaging With Fewer Unknowns

A strong eyewear box begins with a clear production brief. Before pricing or artwork is finalized, define what will be packed, how it should be arranged, where the box will be seen and what kind of opening the customer should encounter. Those decisions shape the structure, board, insert, print plan and production schedule. The steps below help you prepare the information our team needs to recommend a practical route without inventing dimensions or forcing every eyewear line into the same format.

  1. details content icon 1785233336
Measure the Packed Product, Not an Estimate

Start with the item in the form that will actually go into the box. That may be a clamshell, wrapped bar, cube or tart pack, sample assortment, or gift set. Record its length, width, and height, then note the number of units, orientation, any wrapping or inner container, and whether an insert or divider is required. For sets, explain the arrangement you want customers to see when the lid opens and allow practical removal clearance. Those inputs are used to plan the dieline; no generic size should be treated as correct until the finished pack is confirmed.

  2. details content icon 1785233336
Match the Structure to the Selling Moment

Choose the format around where the package will work. A tuck carton or clamshell sleeve may suit an individual retail pack. A window box can combine product visibility with printed brand space. A counter display can group several units for close-range browsing. Two-piece or rigid boxes can frame a gift collection, while a branded mailer can support a subscription, gift, or delivery assortment. These are routes, not rules. The correct choice depends on product dimensions, quantity, desired opening, and how the customer will receive or compare the range.

  3. details content icon 1785233336
Build an Artwork System for Fragrance Variants

Prepare the fixed elements first: logo, core colors, typography, layout, and any information that remains the same across the line. Then identify what changes by fragrance, season, or edition. Plan clear space for scent notes, usage instructions, buyer-supplied warnings, and any other information your product requires. Keep compact panels readable, define a consistent place for changing details, and decide whether inside printing adds useful context rather than decoration. Full-color, PMS or spot-color, white-ink-on-kraft, metallic, and inside or outside printing routes are available. You remain responsible for supplying and approving any legally required text.

  4. details content icon 1785233336
Approve the Dieline and Digital Proof

You do not need to solve every prepress detail alone. Free dieline or template support, artwork checking, resizing, bleed and safe-zone assistance, and design support are available. AI, PDF, PSD, and EPS files are accepted. Once the structure and artwork are prepared, a digital proof is provided for every approved order so you can review layout, panel placement, spelling, and variant changes before production. A digital proof is not a physical prototype. A physical prototype may be available for a qualifying bulk or wholesale project, with its cost adjusted into the resulting order where approved.

  5. details content icon 1785233336
Plan Quantity, Price, and Production Together

Paperboard, cardstock, kraft, cardboard, and supported corrugated wax melt boxes may start from 50 units; supported rigid boxes may start from 25. Those starting quantities can still use relevant custom sizing, materials, inside or outside printing, finishes, and inserts, subject to the selected structure and production specification. Per-unit pricing generally improves as quantity rises, with more visible changes often appearing around 500 units. No die or plate fee applies. Production normally takes 4–6 business days after payment, final artwork approval, and structure confirmation. Production-ready jobs are generally planned to print and ship within 7 business days. Shipping transit is separate, and complex multi-design orders may need a separately confirmed schedule. This keeps launch planning tied to approvals and actual production needs rather than an unsupported delivery promise. Share the packed-product measurements, intended quantity, number of fragrance designs, preferred channel, and artwork status with your quote request. That gives the team enough context to recommend a structure and confirm the next practical step.

EYEWEAR BOX QUESTIONS

Answers Before You Size, Print and Order

Yes. We size the structure around the eyewear as it will actually be packed rather than assigning a generic box dimension. Share the product’s length, width and height, plus any irregular shape, wrapping, inner container, insert, pack count or coordinated components. We will also ask how the product should sit and how the customer should remove it. Those inputs guide the internal dimensions, arrangement and removal clearance before the dieline is approved.

You can choose from straight- or reverse-tuck cartons, sleeve boxes, two-piece boxes, window formats, counter displays, supported mailers and rigid setup routes, including magnetic closures. Prescription glasses, sunglasses and contact lens kits may call for different structures because their configuration, channel and opening needs differ. The best starting point is the packed product and intended customer moment; we then confirm the material, insert and construction that suit the approved brief. Round and tube boxes are not available.

Yes. Foam, paperboard, kraft, cardboard and corrugated inserts are available and can be die cut around the approved product or component arrangement. Share the number of items, their shapes, preferred orientation, visible areas and removal sequence. We can then plan cavities, dividers or trays that give each piece a deliberate place. Insert design remains tied to the selected box structure and production specification, so final fit is confirmed before production.

Yes. Printing can continue across relevant exterior and interior surfaces, including the front, back, top and bottom where the structure provides those panels. This lets the collection identity remain visible after a sleeve moves, a lid lifts or a mailer opens. Full-color, CMYK, PMS or spot color, white ink on kraft and metallic ink are supported. The final print map is placed on the approved dieline so each element lands on the intended panel.

Paperboard, kraft, rigid greyboard and supported corrugated routes give you distinct physical characters to work with. Smooth SBS paperboard can support clean printed detail; kraft can create a warmer, craft-led base; rigid greyboard can add greater presence; and corrugated can carry the identity into relevant mailer or presentation formats. Supported paperboard choices run from 14 pt to 24 pt, while E, B, F and micro-flute corrugated options are available. We confirm the structure and arrangement before recommending the specification.

Yes. A small eyewear brand can start with packaging built around its own product and intended identity without committing to a large first run. Paperboard, cardstock, kraft and supported corrugated boxes may start from 50 units, while supported rigid formats may start from 25. Relevant custom sizing, exterior or interior printing, material, finish and insert choices remain available at those starting quantities, subject to the approved structure and production specification. This supports a focused launch or collection without forcing the brand into generic stock packaging.

AI, PDF, PSD and EPS files are accepted, and artwork support is available before production. We can provide a free dieline or template, check supplied artwork, resize it for approved dimensions and help with bleed and safe zones. Design support is also available, and no die or plate fee applies where supported by the production specification. The artwork must still be placed on the final approved dieline and reviewed through the proofing process before printing begins.

Yes. A digital proof is available for every approved order, giving you a chance to review layout, panel orientation, spelling, artwork placement and structural alignment before production. A digital proof is not a physical sample. For a qualifying bulk or wholesale project, a physical prototype may be available, and its cost may be adjusted into the resulting order where approved. Production proceeds only after payment, final artwork approval and structure confirmation.

Production normally takes 4–6 business days after payment, final artwork approval and structure confirmation. Production-ready jobs are generally planned to print and ship within 7 business days. Shipping transit time is separate, so this is not a promise of seven-day delivery. Complex multi-design orders may require a separately confirmed schedule. Approving the dieline and digital proof promptly helps establish the production start point without avoidable artwork delay.

Yes. One order can be distributed to multiple addresses when the allocations and destination details are supplied for planning. Share the quantity required at each address, the number of artwork versions and any white-label or design-firm workflow before production is scheduled. That allows the team to coordinate packing, handoffs and shipping instructions against the approved order rather than adding them after the job is complete.
