Global Custom Packaging respects the information people share when they request a quote, discuss a print or packaging project, place an order, communicate with our team or use our website. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use and disclose it, the choices available to you, and the measures we take to protect it.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising technologies may, however, involve disclosures that are treated as a 'sale,' 'sharing' or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws. Where those laws apply, you can use our Do Not Sell or Share link or targeted advertising control to opt out.

Our Privacy Commitments

We collect information for defined business purposes connected to inquiries, quotes, orders, support, website operation and consented marketing.

We require opt in before sending marketing emails and include an unsubscribe method in each marketing message.

We provide controls to reject non essential cookies and opt out of targeted advertising or sale/sharing where applicable.

Global Custom Packaging is the business responsible for the processing described in this Policy. Where applicable law uses the term controller or business, Global Custom Packaging acts in that role for the information it determines how and why to use.

Quote and project information such as the product or printed item, dimensions, quantities, materials, box style or print format, intended use, delivery needs, budget or timing information, and other requirements included in your inquiry.

Artwork and production files - such as logos, graphics, photographs, dielines, product images, brand colors, copy, labels, reference images and files you ask us to review or print.

Order and fulfillment information such as approved specifications, proofs, revisions, purchase details, production communications, delivery instructions, shipment information and support history.

Communications such as messages submitted through forms, email, telephone or live chat, and records of our responses.

Marketing preferences including your decision to subscribe, unsubscribe or otherwise manage promotional communications.

Payments and Invoices

The website is designed for quote and inquiry requests and does not provide on-site checkout or customer account registration. If you proceed with an order, we may send an invoice or payment link through a third-party provider. The provider may vary and will collect payment information under its own privacy notice and security practices. Global Custom Packaging may receive limited transaction records, such as the payer or billing contact, amount, invoice reference, payment status and date, but does not collect or store full payment-card details through the website.

4. How We Use Personal Information

Respond and guide review inquiries, answer questions, develop quotes, recommend specifications and help move artwork or structural requirements toward production.

Produce and fulfill prepare proofs, manufacture and print approved work, coordinate revisions, manage quality and production communications, arrange shipping and provide customer support.

Invoice and record transactions issue invoices or payment links, confirm payment status, maintain order records and meet accounting, tax and legal obligations.

8. No Monetary Sale; Advertising 'Sharing'

Global Custom Packaging does not sell personal information for money. Our use of advertising pixels, cookies or similar technologies may disclose identifiers and internet or network activity to advertising platforms. Some privacy laws call this 'sharing,' targeted advertising or a 'sale' even when no money is exchanged. You can opt out through the Do Not Sell or Share link or targeted-advertising control. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of children under 13.

9. Marketing Communications

We send promotional emails only after opt-in or where another lawful basis permits the communication. Every marketing email provides an unsubscribe method. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary quote, order, transaction, delivery or support messages.

10. Data Retention

The period depends on the type of record, whether a quote becomes an order, the duration of the customer relationship, legal limitation periods and applicable recordkeeping requirements.

We may retain limited records after a deletion or unsubscribe request when needed to document the request, prevent future marketing, complete an existing transaction, protect legal rights or satisfy law.
