The dieline is planned around the actual item, its pack count, the desired arrangement and enough clearance for practical packing and removal. For irregular bottles or multi-item sets, a physical sample or confirmed drawing may be needed before the structure is finalized.

   Match the Structure to the Sales Channel

   Straight or reverse tuck cartons work well for many single-bottle retail packs. Auto-bottom formats can add base confidence for heavier bottles. Sleeve-and-tray or two-piece boxes suit higher-touch sets, while corrugated mailers can support subscription deliveries and branded wellness kits.A window may help when viewing the bottle or label supports selection, but it should not take space away from required information. Tell us whether the box will sit on a shelf, appear in e-commerce images, be handed out by a practitioner, ship inside a mailer or arrive as part of a subscription. One primary channel and one or two supporting moments usually give the structure a clearer job.

   Reserve Space for Information Before Styling

   We can provide a dieline or template, check artwork, resize existing files and assist with bleed and safe zones. AI, PDF, PSD and EPS files are accepted for production preparation. Build each panel in its final orientation and keep critical text inside the safe area.Separate brand colors, white ink, foil, spot UV or embossing instructions clearly so prepress can identify each process. Exterior and interior printing can be coordinated where the structure supports it. A digital proof is available for every approved order, and printing begins only after payment, final artwork approval and structure confirmation.

   Plan Quantity, Cost and Timing Together

   Paperboard, cardstock, kraft and supported corrugated fish oil boxes may start from 50 units. Supported rigid-box formats may start from 25. Relevant sizing, printing, finish and insert choices remain available at these starting quantities when they suit the approved structure and production specification. Per-unit pricing generally improves as quantity rises, with more visible differences often appearing around 500 units.Production normally takes 4–6 business days after payment, final artwork approval and structure confirmation. Production-ready jobs are generally planned to print and ship within 7 business days. Shipping transit time is separate, while complex multi-design orders may require a separately confirmed schedule.A physical prototype may be available for a qualifying bulk or wholesale project, and its cost may be adjusted into the resulting order where approved.
