Custom tealight candle boxes give each candle or coordinated set a clear, considered identity, helping your range feel more intentional at first sight and more coherent when opened. When customers meet several candle options at once, the outer box needs to explain the range quickly. We shape the pack around your chosen format, brand cues and product arrangement, then carry that direction across visible panels and relevant inside surfaces. The result is packaging designed to make a tealight collection easier to recognize, compare and present across retail display, gifting, photography or delivery—whichever moments matter to your business. Our service starts with the impression you want the pack to create. Whether you need a simple branded carton, a windowed retail format, a coordinated gift set or a more substantial rigid box, we help connect structure, material, print and opening so the finished pack feels deliberate rather than assembled from unrelated choices. That direction is supported by custom sizing, paperboard, kraft, rigid greyboard and corrugated options, exterior or interior printing, windows, finishes, and fitted inserts or dividers where they suit the structure. Artwork and dieline support help prepare the job, and a digital proof is provided for every approved order before production. You gain a clearer route from product measurements and design decisions to packaging ready for review and manufacture.

TEALIGHT BOX FORMATS
Choose a Box That Fits the Way You Sell
The right format depends on what the box must do before, during and after the customer receives it. A compact retail carton may need quick recognition and clear product information, while a gift set may need a more considered reveal and deliberate arrangement. A window can make selected contents visible; an insert can organize a coordinated pack; a rigid or mailer-style structure can create greater physical presence where the channel calls for it. We help you compare these routes against your tealight dimensions, pack count, selling channel and desired opening sequence, so the structure supports the business purpose instead of adding complexity that serves no customer purpose.

Customize NowMATERIAL SETS THE TONE
Give the Tealight Pack the Right Physical Character
Before a finish is noticed or a message is read, the box material shapes how the tealight pack feels in the hand and how substantial, natural, refined or gift-ready it appears. Smooth paperboard can support crisp printed detail and controlled color. Kraft can give the range a more natural, craft-led character, especially when white ink is part of the design. Rigid greyboard can add physical presence to curated sets, while corrugated board can carry a branded identity into relevant mailer or presentation formats. We help you choose the substrate by the impression and use case it needs to support—not by thickness alone.
SBS Paperboard for Clear Detail
Choose SBS paperboard or cardstock when the box needs clean graphic definition, controlled color and a refined folding-carton feel. It gives your artwork useful space to separate the brand, variant and pack information without making the material itself dominate the design.
Kraft for a Natural, Crafted Voice
Kraft can support a warmer, craft-led identity. White ink is available for stronger contrast, while exterior and interior printing can keep the look connected across the pack. The result can feel considered without relying on heavy surface decoration.
Rigid Greyboard for Gift-Set Presence
Rigid greyboard suits tealight sets that need greater physical presence at handoff or opening. Wrapped surfaces, including linen options, magnetic closures, ribbon pulls and fitted inserts can be considered as part of one coordinated structure rather than added as unrelated extras.
Corrugated for Branded Mailer Formats
Corrugated board supports relevant mailer, product, promotional and presentation-box styles. It is a practical route when the delivery or receipt moment should still feel designed around the tealight range and connected to the identity customers see on the product pack.
MAKE THE RANGE READABLE
Turn Every Tealight Variant Into Part of One Brand
A tealight box may need to communicate a collection name, candle variant, color, fragrance, occasion or pack identity—depending on what you sell. Custom printing lets those differences feel intentional while keeping the parent brand easy to recognize. We can carry artwork across the front, sides, top, bottom and relevant inside surfaces, using digital, offset or flexographic printing with CMYK, PMS or spot colors. White ink on kraft and metallic ink are also available where they support the concept. The customer benefit is a range that is easier to navigate and more consistent across retail display, gifting, photography or delivery.
- Give each variant a clear role
- Keep the parent brand consistent
- Use every visible panel with purpose
- Build occasion-led editions without disconnect
- Continue selected brand cues inside
- Stay recognizable across chosen channels
FINISH WITH INTENTION
Guide Attention Before Adding More Decoration
The most useful finish plan starts with one question: what should the customer notice first? A finish can calm the overall surface, bring the brand name or variant cue forward, or make an occasion-led set feel deliberately different from the core range. Matte, gloss and soft-touch lamination can shape the general mood. Foil, embossing, debossing, spot UV and raised effects can add selective visual or tactile emphasis. We help you choose contrast where it serves recognition, perceived quality or gift value, so the surface feels controlled rather than crowded.
-
Set the Surface Mood
Matte or soft-touch lamination can support a calmer, more considered feel, while gloss can strengthen brightness and surface clarity when the artwork calls for it. The goal is to match the finish to the intended candle character, not to apply the same treatment to every range.
-
Give Key Brand Cues More Weight
Foil, embossing, debossing, spot UV or raised effects can direct attention to a logo, collection name or selected variant cue. By concentrating emphasis, you give the customer a clearer reading order and keep the pack from feeling overworked.
-
Separate Special Editions with Restraint
A seasonal, promotional or gift-led release can use a different foil, texture or surface contrast while retaining the same core brand system. This creates distinction at the right moment without making the special edition look unrelated.
ARRANGE THE FIRST REVEAL
Make Opening a Tealight Set Feel Deliberate
A strong exterior creates an expectation; the inside should not abandon it. For coordinated packs, gift sets, sampler formats or recurring deliveries where relevant, the opening can help customers understand what is included and how the pieces relate. Printed inside surfaces can continue the visual language, while foam, cardstock, paperboard, kraft or corrugated inserts, dividers and trays can give individual tealights or variants a defined place. We help plan what appears first, how the customer identifies each option and how products are lifted or selected. The outcome is an organized, brand-connected introduction rather than a loose collection inside an attractive shell.
-
CONTINUE Keep the Identity Present Inside
Carry selected colors, artwork or short messaging onto relevant inside surfaces so the identity established outside remains present at opening. This works especially well when the pack is intended for gifting, delivery or a coordinated collection.
-
GUIDE Make the Set Easy to Understand
Use a fitted insert, divider or tray to separate individual tealights or variants and give each position a clear purpose. Thoughtful spacing can make the set easier to scan and select without suggesting that every format needs a complex insert.
-
REWARD Control the First View
Decide whether the first view should show the full arrangement, one featured candle or a staged sequence. A sleeve, two-piece, drawer, mailer or rigid structure can shape that reveal when the chosen format supports it. For repeated access, choose a structure that genuinely supports it rather than expecting a simple carton to behave like a reclosable box.
Plan the Box, Artwork and Order with Confidence
A strong tealight box starts with clear decisions before the press is scheduled. We help you define the actual pack, compare structure and material routes, prepare artwork against the correct dieline, review a digital proof and plan quantity and timing around the approved job. That support helps reduce avoidable guesswork and keeps each choice tied to your product, channel and intended customer impression. The steps below show what we need from you and what support is available at each stage.
-
Start with the Actual Tealight Pack
Send the length, width and height of the product or inner container you want boxed, along with the number of units, any wrapping, and the arrangement you prefer. Tell us whether the candles should sit together, be separated by dividers or rest in a fitted insert. We also need to consider removal clearance, because a tight-looking layout is not useful if the customer cannot select the product comfortably. No standard dimension or pack count is assumed. The structure is planned from the information you provide and confirmed before production.
-
Match the Structure to the Selling Moment
A retail carton, window box, sleeve-and-tray pack, two-piece box, display format, branded mailer or supported rigid box can create different customer outcomes. Choose by the moment that matters: quick range recognition on display, a more deliberate gift handoff, organized delivery arrival or a guided set reveal. Paperboard and kraft support many folding-carton routes; rigid greyboard creates greater physical presence; corrugated board suits relevant branded mailer, product, promotional and presentation formats. We help compare these choices without implying that every channel needs the same structure.
-
Build Artwork Around What Customers Need to See
Plan the artwork panel by panel. The front may establish the brand and main product identity, while the sides, top, bottom or back can carry variant, pack or customer information supplied by you. Relevant inside printing can continue selected brand cues after opening. Digital, offset and flexographic printing are available, together with CMYK, PMS or spot color, full-color work, white ink on kraft and metallic ink. Any legally required or regulated wording remains the buyer’s responsibility; our role is to help place approved content within the confirmed dielline.
-
Use the Dieline and Proof Before Production
Free dieline or template support, artwork checking, resizing, and help with bleed and safe zones are available. Accepted production files include AI, PDF, PSD and EPS. We can review the supplied artwork against the approved structure and prepare a digital proof for every approved order. That proof lets you check layout, copy placement and the planned print treatment before production starts. It is not a physical prototype, and printing should not begin until payment, artwork approval and structure confirmation are complete. No die or plate fee is charged on supported production routes.
-
Choose a Quantity That Fits the Program
Paperboard, cardstock, kraft and supported corrugated orders may start from 50 boxes. Supported rigid-box orders may start from 25. These starting quantities do not automatically remove relevant custom sizing, material, exterior or interior print, finish and insert choices; the selected structure and production specification still govern what is suitable. Per-unit pricing generally improves as quantity increases, with more visible differences often appearing around 500 units, but no fixed saving percentage should be assumed. A physical prototype may be available for a qualifying bulk or wholesale project, with its cost adjusted into the resulting order where approved. Standalone samples and one-box production are not offered.
-
Confirm Production, Shipping and Multi-Design Needs
Production normally takes 4–6 business days after payment, final artwork approval and structure confirmation. Production-ready jobs are generally planned to print and ship within 7 business days. Shipping transit time is separate, while complex multi-design orders may require a separately confirmed schedule. Share variant counts, delivery deadlines and any multi-address requirements early so the production and shipping plan can be quoted accurately. Multi-address shipping and workflows for design firms or white-label partners are available, but the exact pack-out, schedule and destination details should be confirmed for the order. Bring the real product measurements, intended pack arrangement, artwork status, quantity and required delivery timing into the quote conversation. We can then connect those inputs to a structure, proofing route and production plan that supports the way you want customers to meet and open the tealight range. No dimensions, pack counts, savings percentages, or guaranteed delivery claims have been added.
TEALIGHT BOX QUESTIONS
Answers Before You Size, Design and Order
Yes. The box can be planned from the product information you provide rather than from an invented standard. Share the length, width and height of the actual tealight or inner container, the number of units, any wrapping, the intended arrangement, and whether you want an insert or dividers. Removal clearance is considered before the structure is confirmed. Your final dimensions and construction are approved as part of the job, so the quote and dieline reflect the real pack.
Sleeve-and-tray, two-piece and supported rigid formats can all create a more deliberate gift-set reveal. A rigid option can also include a magnetic closure, ribbon pull, wrapped surface, and foam or board insert where the approved specification calls for them. Paperboard or kraft versions can use coordinated print and inserts for a lighter structural route. The right choice depends on the product arrangement, handoff moment, desired first view and budget—not on adding the most features.
Yes. A die-cut window or window patch can reveal selected contents while leaving the surrounding panels available for your brand, product name and supporting information. The window shape, size and placement are planned with the structure so visibility supports the design rather than interrupting it. A window is optional; it should be chosen when seeing the product helps the customer understand or compare the pack.
Yes. Foam, cardstock, paperboard, kraft, corrugated or cardboard inserts can be planned around the selected box, and dividers, trays or compartments are also available. The insert can give individual tealights or variants a defined place and support a clearer first view. Final fit depends on the actual product dimensions, pack count, arrangement and removal needs, so those details must be confirmed before production.
Yes. A smaller candle business can start with packaging built around its own product and brand without committing to a large first run. Paperboard, cardstock, kraft and supported corrugated boxes may start from 50 units, while supported rigid formats may start from 25. Relevant custom sizing, exterior or interior printing, materials, finishes and inserts remain available where they suit the approved structure and production specification. This gives you room to test a launch, promotion or gift range without defaulting to generic stock packaging.
Yes. A digital proof is available for every approved order, allowing you to review the planned layout and print treatment before production begins. Artwork and dieline support are also available, including checking, resizing, and help with bleed and safe zones. A digital proof is not a physical prototype. A physical prototype may be available for a qualifying bulk or wholesale project, with its cost adjusted into the resulting order where approved.
AI, PDF, PSD and EPS files are accepted for production preparation. Free dieline or template support, artwork checking, resizing, and bleed or safe-zone assistance are available to help fit your design to the approved structure. You remain responsible for supplying any legally required or regulated product information. The artwork is reviewed and a digital proof is issued before production, so you can confirm the placement against the final dieline.
