In-House Production
Turn a practical padel ball pack into a clear expression of product quality, brand character and the care customers can see from first glance to opening. Whether the pack appears on a retail shelf, at a club counter or in a promotional handoff, it has only a brief moment to explain what it holds and who it comes from. Custom sizing, printed panels and a structure chosen for the pack can turn a plain outer carton into a coordinated brand touchpoint. The result is a box designed to make the product easier to identify, the range easier to understand and the brand more consistent across display, handoff or delivery. We build custom padel ball boxes around the outcome you need, whether that means a clean retail carton, a branded multipack, a presentation set or an outer box for an approved inner container. You receive practical guidance on fit, material, print, finish and opening so every choice serves the product and the customer experience. That promise is supported by in-house plate making, printing, laminations, finishes and rigid-box production, together with artwork checking, dieline assistance and digital proofing for every approved order. Paperboard, kraft, rigid greyboard and supported corrugated formats can be developed with exterior or interior printing, selective finishes and fitted inserts where relevant. We confirm structure, artwork and production requirements before printing, helping you move forward with a box that is both brand-led and production-ready.

BOX FORMATS BY PURPOSE
Choose a Structure That Fits the Selling Moment
Different padel ball packs need different structures because the box may be asked to work at retail, support a club or promotional handoff, or present several items together. The right route begins with the actual product, any inner container, pack count and how the customer should access the contents. A tuck carton can keep a retail pack direct and efficient, while an auto-bottom structure adds a pre-glued base. Sleeve-and-tray or rigid formats can create a more deliberate reveal for gift, launch or presentation sets. We help you choose a box that fits the product, carries the brand clearly and makes the opening feel purposeful.
Straight Tuck Cartons
Use a straight tuck structure when the goal is a clean rectangular carton with direct access, balanced panel space and a straightforward route for a single pack or grouped configuration.
- Single or grouped pack
- Custom fit and clear access
- Full-panel brand printing
- Retail and club use
A practical choice for keeping the product easy to identify while giving the brand room to work.

Auto-Bottom Cartons
Choose an auto-bottom format when the pack needs a pre-glued base, a defined upright form and enough surface area to carry product information and brand cues clearly.
- Single or multipack planning
- Pre-glued base structure
- Exterior and inside print
- Display and handoff use
It combines efficient box setup with a controlled, brand-led format for retail or handoff.

Sleeve-and-Tray Boxes
Use a sleeve-and-tray structure to separate the outer brand story from the inner product reveal, with room for a fitted arrangement where the approved configuration requires it.
- Layered pack presentation
- Product or insert fit
- Wraparound brand storytelling
- Controlled slide-out reveal
This route gives launch, gift or promotional sets a more deliberate opening sequence.

Rigid Presentation Boxes
Select a rigid format when a gift, launch or promotional set needs greater physical presence and a structure that can support a considered lift-out or arranged interior.
- Gift or promotional sets
- Foam or board inserts
- Print, wrap and finishes
- Considered lift-out experience
It turns the box into a substantial handoff piece while keeping the product and brand visibly connected.
Customize NowMATERIAL WITH A PURPOSE
Build the Right Feel Around the Product
The material sets the physical tone before print or finishes take over. Smooth paperboard can give product names, pack details and brand colors a clean, controlled surface. Kraft can support a more natural and direct character, especially when white ink is part of the design. Rigid greyboard can give presentation sets greater substance, while supported corrugated formats can carry branded character into relevant mailer, kit or promotional uses. The right choice is the one that matches the product, the handling route and the quality customers should infer—not simply the thickest board available.
Clean Definition With SBS Paperboard
SBS paperboard supports crisp printed detail and a smooth customer-facing finish. It suits retail cartons and branded multipacks where clear information, controlled color and a neat physical character matter at first glance.
Direct Character With Kraft
Kraft gives the box a more natural, tactile look without removing customization freedom. Full exterior or interior printing is available, and white ink on kraft can help the brand and product information remain clear.
Substance With Rigid Greyboard
Rigid greyboard can give gift, launch and promotional sets a more substantial hand feel. It also supports wrapped surfaces, magnetic or two-piece structures and fitted interiors where the project calls for a more deliberate reveal.
Branded Strength With Corrugated
Supported corrugated material can carry the identity into product, mailer, presentation and kit-box formats. It is best used where the project needs branded structure and customization, rather than large commodity shipping-carton positioning.
MAKE THE RANGE EASY TO READ
Turn Every Panel Into Clear Brand Communication
Padel ball boxes may need to communicate the product name, pack count, brand identity and buyer-facing information within a short viewing window. Custom printing lets those elements work as one system instead of competing for space. Use controlled brand colors to connect the range, clear panel hierarchy to help customers find the right pack and inside printing where opening should continue the identity. Digital, offset, CMYK, PMS and white-ink-on-kraft routes provide flexible production choices; the customer benefit is a pack that feels coherent, easier to navigate and recognizably yours across selected retail, club or promotional moments.
- Distinguish pack configurations at a glance
- Keep the product range visibly connected
- Make key information easier to find
- Carry brand color across every panel
- Continue the identity inside the box
- Create distinct club or event editions
SURFACE DETAILS WITH INTENT
Control What Customers Notice and Feel First
A finish should answer a customer-facing question: what should be noticed first, what quality should the surface suggest and how should the box feel in the hand? Matte, gloss or soft-touch treatment can set the overall tone. Foil, embossing, debossing, spot UV or raised effects can give selected names, marks or product cues more weight. The aim is not to decorate every panel. It is to create a clear surface hierarchy that supports the brand, helps special editions feel intentional and keeps the package visually controlled.
-
Set the Surface Tone
Matte or soft-touch lamination can give a product range a calmer, more considered character. Gloss can support brighter artwork when stronger color and surface clarity better match the intended brand identity.
-
Give the Brand Mark Priority
Foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV or raised effects can direct attention toward a selected logo, product name or graphic cue. Concentrating these details gives them greater purpose than applying decoration across every available surface.
-
Separate Core and Special Runs
Selective foil, texture or surface contrast can help a club edition, event pack, promotional release or gift set feel distinct from the core range while preserving a clear connection to the parent brand.
MAKE THE OPENING COUNT
Guide the Customer From Reveal to Selection
The outside of a padel ball box can create a clear expectation, but the customer experience continues when the pack opens. For boxed balls, multipacks, club kits or promotional sets, the interior can help customers understand the contents and lift out what they need without losing the brand connection. Printed inner panels can carry color or short messaging, while foam, paperboard, kraft or corrugated inserts and dividers can create deliberate positions for balls, inner containers or other approved items. The outcome is a more organized introduction that supports the same product quality and brand character promised on the outside.
-
Continue Keep the Identity Visible Inside
Carry relevant colors, graphics or short messaging onto the inner panels so the brand does not disappear as soon as the customer opens the box.
-
Guide Give Every Packed Item a Place
Use a fitted insert or divider to organize the approved configuration, whether the box contains several products, an inner container or additional items included in a club, gift or promotional set.
-
Reward Plan the First Reveal
Decide what should become visible first and how the contents should be lifted or selected. Sleeve-and-tray, two-piece and supported rigid structures can create a more controlled reveal where the intended use justifies it.
PLAN WITH CONFIDENCE Build a Padel Ball Box Ready for Production
A successful padel ball box begins with decisions that are specific to the product, channel and order. Our role is to help you turn those inputs into a confirmed structure, production-ready artwork and a realistic production plan before the job reaches press.
-
Start With the Pack You Actually Sell
We do not guess box dimensions from the product name. Sizing starts with the length, width and height of the item being boxed, plus the shape of any inner container, the number of units in the pack, the intended arrangement and the clearance needed for insertion and removal. If the box will hold several products, an insert, divider or tray, those parts must be planned at the same time. Round and tube boxes are not available. When padel balls are already packed in an approved cylindrical inner container, a rectangular outer carton may be developed around that inner pack, subject to confirmed measurements and structure. This keeps the project within supported production routes without forcing the outer packaging into an unsupported shape.
-
Choose the Structure Around the Selling Moment
A retail carton, club handoff pack, promotional set or delivery-ready presentation box does not need the same structure. Straight or reverse tuck cartons can support a direct retail route. Auto-bottom formats can suit projects that need a pre-glued base. Sleeve-and-tray or two-piece structures can create a more deliberate reveal, while supported rigid formats can give gift, launch or presentation sets greater physical presence. The best route depends on what the customer sees first, how the pack is handled and whether the box is opened once or used again. Corrugated material is available for relevant product, mailer, promotional, presentation and kit-box formats, but this page should not be treated as an offer for large commodity shipping cartons.
-
Build Artwork Around Real Viewing Moments
Artwork should be planned across the panels customers will actually see. The front may establish product and brand recognition, while the sides, top, bottom or back can carry pack information, instructions or supporting brand cues. Inside printing can continue the identity when the opening experience justifies it. Artwork and dieline support are available, including file checking, resizing, bleed and safe-zone assistance. AI, PDF, PSD and EPS files are accepted. Digital, offset, CMYK, PMS and white ink on kraft are supported, along with exterior and interior printing. No die or plate fee is charged. Final print choices are confirmed against the approved material, structure and artwork.
-
Review the Box Before Production
A digital proof is available for every approved order so you can review placement, content and the production layout before printing. This proof is not a physical sample, and production does not begin until payment, final artwork approval and structure confirmation are complete. For a qualifying bulk or wholesale project, a physical prototype may be available. Where approved, its cost may be adjusted into the resulting order. This is not an unrestricted free-sample program, so the prototype route should be discussed during quoting when physical evaluation is important to the decision.
-
Plan Quantity, Price and Timing Together
Paperboard, cardstock, kraft and supported corrugated orders may start from 50 boxes. Supported rigid-box orders may start from 25. These starting quantities can still include relevant custom sizing, material, printing, finish and insert choices, subject to the approved structure and production specification. Per-unit pricing generally improves as quantity rises, with more visible differences often appearing around 500 units. The quote should compare the quantities that match your launch, club program, promotion or ongoing demand rather than assume the largest run is automatically the right decision. Production normally takes 4–6 business days after payment, final artwork approval and structure confirmation. Production-ready jobs are generally planned to print and ship within 7 business days. Shipping transit time is separate, while complex multi-design orders may require a separately confirmed schedule. Share the actual pack, quantity, artwork status and intended selling moment with the quote request. We can then recommend a supported structure, identify any fit or file issues and build the production plan around the outcome the box needs to create.
PADEL BALL BOX QUESTIONS
Answers Before You Size, Print and Order
Yes. The box can be planned around the actual product, an approved inner container or a grouped pack. We use confirmed length, width and height, along with pack count, arrangement, insert needs and removal clearance. Sending the physical product or accurate specifications early helps the team develop the dieline around the real configuration instead of relying on a generic size.
No. Round and tube boxes are outside the supported production range. When the balls already use a cylindrical inner container, a rectangular outer carton may be planned around that approved pack, subject to confirmed dimensions and structure. This gives you printable flat panels and a supported box format without creating an unsupported round outer package.
Several routes are available, and the right one depends on how the customer will meet and open the pack. Straight or reverse tuck cartons can suit direct retail use, auto-bottom boxes provide a pre-glued base, and sleeve-and-tray or two-piece formats can create a more deliberate reveal. Supported rigid boxes are also available for gift, launch or promotional sets. We recommend the structure after reviewing the product, channel and intended opening.

These starting quantities can still include relevant custom sizing, material, exterior or interior printing, finishes and inserts, subject to the approved structure and production specification. Yes. Printing can be planned across the front, back, top, bottom, outside and inside surfaces where the selected structure allows it. Digital and offset printing, CMYK, PMS spot colors and white ink on kraft are available. We help organize the artwork so the main product and brand cues appear in the right viewing moments rather than treating every panel as equal.
Yes. Foam, paperboard, kraft, cardboard and corrugated inserts or dividers can be die cut around the approved product configuration. They may be used to separate several items, support an inner container or create a cleaner lift-out sequence. The exact insert is developed from the actual products, arrangement and removal needs, so dimensions and fit are confirmed before production.
