In-House Production
Custom briefcase mailer boxes turn product kits, samples, documents and gifts into a coordinated carry-and-reveal experience that communicates care before the contents are explored. When a recipient receives a launch kit, sales pack or presentation case, the outer box often sets expectations before a single item is handled. We help shape that moment with a briefcase-inspired structure, considered proportions, visible brand graphics and an opening sequence built around your contents. The result is a package that looks intentional during delivery or handoff, stays connected to your brand across every visible panel and introduces the contents in a clear, confident order. Your box is developed around the impression and practical outcome you need—not around a fixed decoration package. Whether the priority is a refined corporate handoff, a bold product launch, an organized sample collection or a gift-ready reveal, we align the structure, material character, print, surface treatment and interior arrangement so each choice supports the same customer experience. That promise is supported by practical production services. We can plan custom sizing from the products, pack count, inserts and removal clearance; prepare or resize artwork on a dieline; print exterior and interior surfaces; and add relevant foam or paper-based inserts. Approved orders receive a digital proof before production. Corrugated, kraft and paperboard briefcase formats may start from 50 boxes, with production normally taking 4–6 business days after payment, final artwork approval and structure confirmation.

BRIEFCASE BOX ROUTES
Choose the Briefcase Format Around the Job
A briefcase-style box can serve very different purposes depending on what it carries, how it reaches the recipient and what should happen when it opens. A mailed product launch kit may need corrugated structure and a carefully fitted interior, while a hand-delivered sales pack may place more emphasis on surface character and organized access. We help you compare materials, insert systems, product layouts, carrying details and print coverage as one connected decision. The right route gives every item a clear place, keeps the brand visible and makes the package appropriate for delivery, gifting, presentation or professional handoff.
Corrugated Carry Mailer
Choose a corrugated briefcase format when a product kit must combine a branded presentation with the physical character of a mailer. The structure can be planned around the contents, arrangement and intended receiving experience.
- Single or multi-item kits
- Custom-fit internal arrangement
- Exterior and interior printing
- Delivery or direct handoff
It creates a more coordinated arrival without making the package feel like a generic shipping carton.

Kraft Briefcase Box
Kraft gives the briefcase format a natural, craft-led surface that can support understated branding or strong white-ink contrast. It suits brands that want the material itself to participate in the visual identity.
- Product or document sets
- Inserts sized to contents
- White or full-color printing
- Gifting and brand mailers
The result is a recognizable carry box with a warmer, more material-led brand character.

Paperboard Presentation Case
Paperboard can create a cleaner, more graphic-led briefcase box for lighter products, printed materials, samples or compact kits. Its smoother surface supports controlled color, detailed artwork and coordinated panel-to-panel communication.
- Lightweight presentation contents
- Folded internal supports
- Detailed full-panel graphics
- Events or sales meetings
This route keeps the presentation structured while giving printed design a more prominent role.

Foam-Fitted Briefcase Kit
A die-cut foam insert gives selected products or components an intentional position inside the box. It can be shaped around different items so recipients understand the kit before removing the first piece.
- Products with varied shapes
- Die-cut placement cavities
- Branded lid and panels
- Guided product lift-out
The organized interior helps a complex or high-value kit feel planned rather than simply packed.

Divided Sample Briefcase
Use paperboard, kraft, cardboard or corrugated dividers when samples must remain visibly separated but still feel connected as one range. The arrangement can support comparison, selection and a clearer introduction to each item.
- Multiple samples or variants
- Separated product sections
- Printed range identification
- Sales and discovery kits
It helps recipients explore the collection without losing the relationship between individual products and the parent brand.

Product Launch Briefcase
A launch briefcase can bring the product, supporting literature and campaign story into one coordinated package. Exterior graphics establish the idea first, while the interior controls how information and products are revealed.
- Product and campaign materials
- Layered kit arrangement
- Launch-specific printed artwork
- PR or influencer delivery
This format turns separate launch elements into one deliberate introduction to the product and its story.

Corporate Handoff Briefcase
For employee kits, client presentations or partner materials, the briefcase structure can give the handoff a more prepared and professionally confident character. The layout keeps documents, products and supporting pieces visibly organized.
- Documents and branded items
- Compartments for mixed contents
- Consistent corporate graphics
- Meetings and onboarding
The recipient receives a complete, coordinated package rather than a loose collection of materials.

Multi-Item Sales Kit
A sales kit briefcase can arrange samples, swatches, literature and demonstration pieces in the order a representative expects to use them. Clear placement helps the conversation move naturally from introduction to comparison.
- Samples, swatches and literature
- Presentation-led item sequence
- Exterior and inside branding
- Sales visits and demonstrations
It supports a more organized presentation while keeping the company identity present throughout the customer conversation.

Build the Right Physical Character Before Print
The material determines whether a briefcase mailer feels practical, natural, polished or presentation-led before the recipient studies the artwork. Corrugated board can give mailed kits a more substantial physical character, while kraft introduces a visible, tactile surface that suits craft-led or understated identities. Smooth paperboard gives detailed graphics and controlled colors a cleaner base. Rigid greyboard may suit selected presentation-case applications where a more substantial handoff experience matters more than ordinary parcel use. We help you choose by considering the contents, weight, arrangement, channel and intended impression together—not by selecting thickness in isolation.
Corrugated Board for Branded Mailer Character
Corrugated board supports briefcase-style product kits, promotional mailers and presentation packs that need more physical structure. E-flute, F-flute, micro-flute and other supported flute choices can be considered according to the box design and contents. The goal is a mailer that still feels recognizably connected to the brand.
Kraft for a Natural, Direct Identity
Kraft allows the material’s natural color and texture to remain part of the design. It can support restrained artwork, craft-led branding or contrasting white ink. This route works best when the brand wants the recipient to notice the honesty and simplicity of the material rather than hide it beneath heavy decoration.
Paperboard for Cleaner Graphic Definition
SBS and other supported paperboard routes give color, typography, illustrations and detailed layouts a smoother visual base. Available paperboard specifications include supported options from 14 pt. to 24 pt. Final selection should reflect the contents, folded structure and handling requirements rather than artwork alone. corrugated-1-_1785217949.svg
MAKE THE BRAND CLEAR
Turn Every Panel Into Part of the Brand Story
A briefcase box is seen from more than one direction. The top may introduce the brand, the handle area may remain visible during handoff, the side panels may carry campaign or product information, and the interior can continue the story after opening. We help you use those surfaces as one connected visual system rather than treating the front panel as the only branded area. CMYK, PMS or spot colors, digital and offset printing, white ink on kraft and supported inside printing give the production flexibility. The customer outcome is a box that remains coherent as it is received, carried, opened and explored.
- Make the purpose clear at first sight
- Keep brand colors consistent across panels
- Connect the exterior with the interior
- Separate products without fragmenting the range
- Give launch messages a deliberate sequence
- Stay recognizable during delivery or handoff

-
Establish the Overall Surface Mood
Matte lamination can give the package a quieter, controlled appearance, while soft-touch can add a more tactile surface for selected presentation-led projects. Gloss lamination can strengthen shine and color energy when the brand identity calls for a brighter, more expressive result.
-
Give Important Elements More Weight
Foil stamping, embossing, debossing, raised foil or raised UV can give selected details more visual or tactile importance. These effects are most useful when they create a clear point of attention, such as the company name, product title or launch message.
-
Separate Special Programs From Core Packaging
A different foil shade, selective gloss contrast or embossed detail can help an event pack, limited release or corporate program feel distinct. The main brand system can remain consistent while the selected finish marks the project as a specific occasion or campaign.
PLAN THE REVEAL INSIDE
Make Opening Feel Ordered, Clear and Rewarding
The briefcase shape creates an expectation of organized contents. When the box opens, a loose arrangement or visually disconnected interior can weaken that expectation. We help plan what the recipient sees first, how products and documents relate, and how each item can be removed without making the kit feel confusing. Interior printing can continue the identity established outside, while foam, paperboard, kraft, cardboard or corrugated inserts can give different contents a deliberate position. The result is a clearer journey from first reveal to product selection, sample comparison or presentation use.
-
Continue Keep the Brand Present After Opening
Carry selected colors, artwork, instructions or short messaging onto the inside surfaces. This keeps the brand active when the lid opens and prevents the experience from ending at the exterior print.
-
Guide Give Every Item a Clear Role
Use inserts, dividers, trays and considered spacing to distinguish products, samples, documents or accessories. A recipient should be able to understand the kit without searching through loose contents or guessing which items belong together.
-
Reward Shape the First Reveal
Decide which product, message or layer becomes visible first. A launch item may lead the sequence, while supporting literature or additional components can follow in a more natural order. This turns the opening into a guided introduction rather than an unplanned display of contents.
Plan Your Briefcase Mailer With More Confidence
A successful briefcase box begins with the contents and business purpose, not with a stock dimension or a finish list. Our team can help you work through fit, arrangement, material, artwork and production choices in the order they affect the final result. The following planning points explain what we need from you, where our support begins and which decisions should be confirmed before production.
BRIEFCASE MAILER QUESTIONS
Answers Before You Size, Brand and Order
Yes. The box can be developed around the actual products, literature, samples, accessories and inserts that need to travel together. Share the length, width and height of each item, the required pack count and your preferred arrangement. We also consider wrapping, irregular shapes and the space needed to remove products comfortably. Exact dimensions are confirmed after the contents and structure have been reviewed, so you are not forced to adapt a coordinated kit to an unsuitable stock size.
Yes. These elements can be considered as one connected structure rather than separate add-ons. The handle area is planned with the box format, while foam, paperboard, kraft, cardboard or corrugated inserts can organize the contents. Exterior and interior printing can then carry the same brand identity through the handoff and opening. Availability of a particular handle or insert route depends on the approved material, dimensions, contents and structural specification.
The best choice depends on how the box will be used and what the recipient should feel. Corrugated board can give a mailed kit more physical presence, kraft supports a natural or craft-led identity, and smooth paperboard gives detailed graphics a cleaner base. Selected rigid greyboard formats may suit substantial presentation cases intended for gifting or direct handoff. We can compare these options against the contents, weight, channel and budget before the structure is approved.
Yes. Printing can cover relevant exterior and interior surfaces, including the top, bottom, sides and inside panels where the approved structure permits it. CMYK, PMS or spot-color printing can support your main brand system, while white ink can create contrast on kraft. Inside printing is useful when the exterior introduces the brand and the interior needs to continue the campaign, explain the kit or guide the recipient through the contents.
Yes. Supported corrugated, kraft, cardstock and paperboard briefcase formats may start from 50 boxes, so a smaller business can order packaging developed around its own products and brand without moving immediately into a large run. Relevant custom sizing, exterior or interior printing, finishes and inserts remain available where they suit the approved structure and production specification. Supported rigid presentation-case formats may start from 25 boxes.
Yes. Dieline or template support, artwork checking, resizing and bleed or safe-zone assistance are available. You can supply AI, PDF, PSD or EPS files, and the artwork can be adjusted to the confirmed dimensions where needed. Every approved order receives a digital proof before production. Review the proof carefully for text, panel direction, artwork placement and other visible details because production does not begin until the required approvals and structure confirmation are complete.
A physical prototype may be available for a qualifying bulk or wholesale project. Where approved, its cost may be adjusted into the resulting production order. This is different from an unrestricted free sample and must be confirmed for the specific structure, quantity and project. Every approved order still receives a digital proof, but a digital proof shows the artwork layout and should not be treated as a physical test of the material or assembled box.
Production normally takes 4–6 business days after payment, final artwork approval and structure confirmation. Production-ready jobs are generally planned to print and ship within 7 business days. Shipping transit time is separate. Orders involving many designs, additional setups or unresolved artwork may need a separately confirmed schedule. We review these details before production so you can make decisions using the schedule approved for your actual order rather than relying on a general delivery promise.
